When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date order was placed.  

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions/sales (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to P.O boxes, rural zip codes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are unable to guarantee expedited or overnight delivery to rural zip codes and P.O. boxes. Also, it can take up to 45 days for delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  

How do I know when my order has shipped?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number.

Express Cut-Off Time

All orders with 2nd Day and Overnight shipping must be placed by 12 pm PST for same day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Overnight shipping placed after 12 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. 

Damages

boek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
